US Tech Conference

A US developer-tools company needed 1,500 branded aprons as a giveaway at their annual Las Vegas conference. Brief landed 28 days before show floor open — a window most apron suppliers refused to quote.

We pulled charcoal 10oz canvas from stocked inventory (zero fabric lead time) and ran a 4-color front graphic through our water-based screen-print line. The buyer was firm on no plastisol ink — they had been burned by a previous supplier whose print cracked after 3 washes. Water-based ink penetrates the canvas fiber and passes their 20-wash test without visible degradation.

Aprons shipped FOB on day 27, air-freighted to a Las Vegas fulfillment center on day 30, distributed at the conference on day 31. Final landed cost DDP: $11.20 per piece, $1.80 under their original budget. Zero attendee complaints about print quality at the event, and several follow-up inquiries from attendees about the supplier (which they routed back to us).

We are now their contracted apron supplier for two further conferences in 2026 and have been added to their preferred-vendor list for related branded merchandise.
