From 150 pcs per design on stocked canvas (our Promotional and Workshop lines). 200-300 pcs per design on bespoke fabrics, custom embroidery layouts or unique sizes. Smaller pilot orders considered case-by-case — write to us with the brief.

Average lead time from approved sample to FOB Ningbo is 30-45 days. Promotional orders on stocked canvas: 25-30 days. Larger orders (5,000+ pcs): 45-60 days depending on capacity and fabric availability.

30% T/T deposit on signed PI, 70% balance against B/L copy or before shipment. L/C at sight accepted for orders over $30,000. PayPal and Wise are available for sample fees and small balances.

Embroidery (up to 6 thread colors, satin, fill or 3D-puff stitch), water-based screen print (up to 8 ink colors), heat-transfer DTF, debossed vegetable-tanned leather patches, woven cotton or polyester labels, and jacquard-woven labels for premium retail.

Yes. We hold a 120-shade Pantone library on-site for cotton canvas and linen. Custom Pantone dye-matching is available from 200 metres of fabric (approximately 500-700 finished aprons depending on cut).

20+ stocked canvas colors, 15+ waxed canvas finishes, 10+ linen colors, 4 raw denim weights. Stocked fabrics cut MOQ to 150 pcs and lead time to 25-30 days.

Pattern proofs and embroidery sew-outs ship by international courier in 7-10 days. Physical pre-production sample on bespoke fabric ships in 14-21 days. Free of charge for confirmed inquiries; we ask buyers to cover courier ($35-60 to North America / Europe).

No charge for the sample itself when the brief shows clear intent to place a bulk order. We provide stock fabric samples and embroidery sew-outs at any time, also free of charge.

FOB Ningbo and FOB Shanghai by default. CIF and DDP (delivered duty paid) are available on request — we arrange forwarding, marine insurance, customs clearance and certificates of origin in-house. Door-to-door delivery is supported across US, UK, EU, AU and JP.

Yes. For our Workshop & Utility and Promotional collections, we offer 5-business-day fulfillment from our US-bonded warehouse in California. Shopify and ShipStation integration available, branded inserts and gift packaging optional.

Yes — standard production is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Every component tested free from substances harmful to human skin. Certificate number 23.HCN.69234. Available on request.

Yes — BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) audited annually since 2014 with consistent A/B ratings. The most recent audit is available to qualified buyers under NDA.

Yes. We host buyers and brand teams every week. Ningbo international airport is 90 minutes away by car. Schedule a visit at least 7 days in advance through the inquiry form — we arrange airport pickup, hotel, and a half-day tour covering the cut-and-sew floor, leather workshop, embroidery hall and QC bench.

Yes, for ongoing partners with substantial annual volumes. Exclusivity agreements are negotiated case-by-case and typically attach to specific designs, fabrics or pattern blocks rather than to a product category.
