How we make this style.
Embroidery runs on 16 Tajima heads (up to 6 colors, satin or 3D-puff); screen print is strictly water-based for a soft hand-feel; the leather workshop debosses vegetable-tanned patches; and full-color sublimation/DTF handles photo and gradient artwork. Because everything is in-house we can mix techniques on one apron and personalize per unit (names, numbers) within a single run. Free logo digitizing and a digital mock-up on the actual fabric before you approve bulk.

Custom logo aprons — common questions.
Can you print a full-color photo or gradient on an apron?
Yes — full-color photos, gradients and complex artwork are produced by dye-sublimation or DTF transfer. For solid-color logos we recommend water-based screen print or embroidery for the best hand-feel and durability.
Can each apron have a different name?
Yes. We personalize per unit — individual staff names, numbers or monograms — within a single production run, which is common for restaurant, salon and corporate orders.
Is there an artwork/setup fee?
Logo digitizing and a digital proof on the actual fabric are free. We only proceed to bulk after you approve the proof (or an optional physical pre-production sample).
What is the lowest quantity for custom logo aprons?
150 pcs per design on custom aprons. If you personalize our stocked blank aprons, we can go as low as 50 pcs.
